PURPOSE: A real-time automatic price fluctuant online shopping mall operating method and a system thereof are provided to display price fluctuant by automatically changing the price according to the product. CONSTITUTION: A shopping mall server(140) and seller terminals(120) intermediate the product through the internet. A buyer access information and selling price standard DB(160) stores the mean value according to the activity condition of the buyers. A selling price determination system(150) determines the real-time changing price by determining price raise or price reduction.
