PURPOSE: A wireless communication frame structure and an apparatus thereof are provided to use 802.16m frame structure for multiple band operation. CONSTITUTION: A frame includes DL(DownLink) subframe(202) and UL(UpLink) subframe(204), and some of the DL and UL subframes are allocated for the communication with a mobile station which is configured by using a legacy IEEE 802.16 standard. By using the frames, the wireless communication with the mobile station through at least one in the UL and DL directions is performed. |
