PURPOSE: A device for forming a curved part on a guide part by forming without using a mold is provided to reduce manufacturing costs comparing to a pair of molds. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming a curved part on a guide part comprise a jig member(20), spindle drive members, a forming roll(30), a pressing roll(40), a pressing roll transferring member(60). The jig member comprises a spindle. The spindle pivotally clinches a mounting unit(11) of the guide plate. The forming roll supports one side of the guide unit.
