PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting the sealed inlet of a vessel or lid is provided to prevent the inconvenience that a lid is should be separated from a container. CONSTITUTION: A lid is coupled to an inlet of a container which is processed with a sealing member. The lid comprises: a body which has an outer wall(7) and is coupled to the inlet of the container; a pushing plate(8) which is coupled to a thin film of the body; and a punching unit which punches the sealing member when the pushing plate vertically drops down.
