PURPOSE: A thin exercise machine is provided, which reduces an occupation space and is friendly and convenient so as to be recognized as a rug or a mat. CONSTITUTION: A thin exercise machine comprises: an rotating upper plate(1) which forms a circle; and a rotation device which helps the rotating upper plate to rotate. A rotating upper plate can rotate around the axis thereof, is strong so as to bear the weight of one or more user, and has relatively thin thickness, therefore being spread on the floor in non-use thereof. The rotation device includes lower plates mounted in the bottom of the rotating upper plate.
