PURPOSE: A Tarzan exercise apparatus is provided to enable a user to exercise like a Tarzan at low cost at a small place. CONSTITUTION: A Tarzan exercise apparatus includes a set of upper handles(2), a set of lower handles(3), and a body part(1). The upper handles and the lower handles are attached to the body part. The upper handles and the lower handles are arranged near a horizontal plane. The lower handles are arranged in the horizontal plane of the bottom of the body part. The upper handles includes a pole and a rope(2S). The rope is perpendicularly come down from the pole.
