摘要 |
PURPOSE: A method for measuring stress and strain of a nanofiber is provided to implement a magnetic reinforcing composite material by measuring the stress of a nano material. CONSTITUTION: One conductor is separated by a certain interval and it is divided into two parts to be electrically separated from each other(S10). A nanofiber is electrically spun on the conductor to form a specimen. An x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis stage are provided. A nano manipulator is installed in the chamber of a scanning electron microscope(S20). The specimen is installed in one of the x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis stage. The stress and strain of the nanofiber are measured by moving the stages(S40).
