PURPOSE: A method of managing a project using an activity project management device is provided to conveniently perform new registration, change, modification and deletion procedures of the activity by managing the project based on the activity. CONSTITUTION: The activity information and the participating manpower DB is newly registered in an activity DB and participating manpower DB connected to a management server through an activity project management program. At least one procedure among newly registration, modification, change, system change and deletion procedures of the activity is performed through the project management program. If the participation manpower is logged in, at least one changed matter among the performed processes are displayed. |
