PURPOSE: A multilayered film and an adhesive tape are provided to reduce the distortion of transmission light and obtain superior productivity. CONSTITUTION: A multilayered film(10) includes a base layer(1) and a surface layer(2). The base layer contains a thermoplastic resin. In the multilayered film, the absolute difference value of the phase resolution of a longitudinal direction and the phase resolution of a width direction is 10% or less. The phase resolution of the longitudinal direction is 20% or less, and the phase resolution of the width direction is 20% or less. A haze value is between 30 and 80%.
