CONSTITUTION: An anode is deposited on the top of the substrate having optical permeability(S110). A light active layer including a donor layer and an acceptor layer is deposited on the top of the anode(S120). The side chain of polymer included in the light active layer is aligned in anisotropic by applying the electro static force to the light active layer(S130).
