PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the light extraction efficiency of the guided light by forming the metal nano pattern which is filled with the nano metal colloid on a area near the organic light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A resin thin film layer(150) is formed on a substrate(110). A nano pattern of alternating a nano post and a nano hole is formed on the top of the resin thin film. The nano metal colloid(160) is filled within the nano hole. The filled nano metal colloid is frozen. A positive electrode(120) is formed on the resin thin film layer.
