PURPOSE: The semiconductor switch driving circuit of a pulse power generator is provided to improve the reliability of an operation and reduce cost required for the simplifying process of the circuit. CONSTITUTION: The semiconductor switch driving circuit of a pulse power generator includes a gate driving circuit(100) and a controlling circuit(200). The diode of the gate driving circuit is in connection with the secondary wiring(292) of a control transformer(290). The turn-on pulse signal of the controlling circuit is applied to the secondary wiring of the control transformer. The turn-off pulse signal of the controlling circuit is applied to the secondary wiring of the control transformer.
