PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming a lens of a light guide plate is provided to automatize all processes such as loading, lens print, UV irradiation, and unloading processes, thereby increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: A loading unit(12) loads a panel(P). A jet print unit(14) sprays solution by nozzles on the panel loaded by the loading unit to form a semi-round lens by surface energy of a panel. A camera unit is arranged on a cleaning unit to photograph a spray nozzle in order to check whether the spray nozzle is opened/closed. An unloading unit discharges a cured panel to the outside by a curing unit. |
