PURPOSE: A coriolis mass flow meter is provided to enhance the detection precision of mass flow of a minute quantity of fluid since a coriolis mass flow meter has a function of reducing influence of vibration from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A coriolis mass flow meter(1) comprises a vibration tube(6), an oscillator, a frame(2) and an outer case(4). The vibration tube is formed as a pair of curved pipes. The oscillator applies vibration to the vibration tube. The frame supports a detector, which detects the vibration state of the vibration tube. The outer case surrounds the frame. A clearance is formed between the outer case and the frame. The outer case is coupled to the frame through anti-vibration member. |
