A METHOD FOR CULTIVATION FOR GERMANIUM KING OYSTER MUSHROOM

PURPOSE: A cultivation method of pleurotus eryngii containing germanium without using a fertilizer or an agricultural chemical, is provided to offer the pleurotus eryngii for immunologic function reinforcement food. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of pleurotus eryngii containing germanium comprises the following steps: crushing germanium ore concentrate or sericite ore containing the germanium, and heating the obtained powder at 600~700deg C; adding cold water to the fired powder for rapidly precipitating; inserting 1% fired germanium ore precipitate and 10% of fired sericite ore precipitate to a medium for cultivating the pleurotus eryngii; and cultivating the pleurotus eryngii using the medium.
