PURPOSE: A tool with safety loops is provided to prevent a user from missing the tool because a connection rope can be used as a wrist band. CONSTITUTION: A tool comprises a main body(110), first and second loops(120,150), and a connection rope(140). The main body has a groove(130) formed from a side to the other side. The first loop, a rotating loop which has a hole and freely rotates with respect to the main body, is formed in the extension line of the rotary shaft of the main body. The second loop is projected upward from the bottom surface of the groove. The connection rope is inserted in the hole of the first loop and detachable to user's wrist and the second loop.
