PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus is provided to easily emit heat generated from a light emitting element by arranging a heat transferring part between a printed circuit board and a receiving bottom plate. CONSTITUTION: A bottom supporting part(100) includes a receiving bottom plate(110) and sidewalls(120) formed at both end parts of the receiving bottom plate. The bottom supporting part includes a first bottom hole and second bottom hole that are spaced apart from each other. A light emitting unit(200) includes a printed circuit board and a light emitting element arranged on the upper side of the bottom supporting part. The printed circuit board includes at least one upper hole formed at the corresponding positions of lower holes. A fixing part(300) includes fixing units(310, 320) passing through and combining the upper holes and the lower holes.
