PURPOSE: A power amplifying module is provided to improve the accuracy of bond power by applying power to the phase sweep of a load voltage standing-wave radio and optimizing the impedance of power amplifying output matching. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifier(150) includes a plurality of layers. A module includes a power amplifier with an integrated directional coupler. The integrated directional coupler includes transmitting lines(151, 152) buried in the layers. The transmitting lines are arranged on a multi-layered base including a dielectric material. Interconnection parts between the layers are composed of vias(156).
