PURPOSE: A mountain climbing exercise apparatus is provided to enable a user to enjoy mountain climbing in a small place. CONSTITUTION: A mountain climbing exercise apparatus includes a set of upper handles(2), a set of lower handles(3), and a body part(1). The upper handles and the lower handles are attached to the body part. The upper handles and the lower handles are arranged near a horizontal plane. The lower handles are arranged in the horizontal plane of the bottom of the body part. A user(4) simulates mountain climbing action using the mountain climbing exercise apparatus.
