PURPOSE: An acupressure mat with cracked protrusions is provided to fold the mat by folding the mat using the cracked grooves. CONSTITUTION: An acupressure mat includes acupressure bottom boards(1,1a) and acupressure objects(2,2a). The acupressure objects includes bendable wide plane. The acupressure objects are bonded under the acupressure bottom boards. The acupressure objects contains a plurality of acupressure protrusions. If a user(3) folds the acupressure boards, the acupressure boards is rolled along the cracked grooves. The grooves maximize the acupressure effect.
