PURPOSE: A walking exercise apparatus using a rotational plate is provided, which makes walking exercise interesting and induces a user to walk. CONSTITUTION: A walking exercise apparatus using a rotational plate comprises: a rotational plate(1) which is formed into a circle; and a rotation apparatus rotating the rotational plate. The rotational plate can be rotated around the central axis by the rotation apparatus. In the upper part of the rotational plate, gravel or yellow soil are installed.
