The method involves formatting digital data at a level of a source address and according to XML syntax. A HTML start tag is provided at a formatted data input, and a HTML end tag is provided at a formatted data output. The formatted data is transmitted from the source address to a destination address via a transmission protocol e.g. transmission control protocol (TCP). The source address and the destination address are assigned with a formatted data locking key and a formatted data unlocking key, respectively.
