The device has a case (1) fixed on a support. A glide (9) is made of a material having low friction coefficient, where the glide is made of PTFE. A displacing unit (12) displaces the glide from a retracted position, in which the glide extends inside the case when a load greater than a predetermined threshold is applied to the support, to an active position, in which the glide is projected at a lower end of the case when the applied load is less than the predetermined threshold. An annular ring (7) made of rubber and/or elastomer is integrated to a lower face of a flange (5).
