The module (5) has a magnetic device e.g. magnet (AH1), cooperating with another magnetic device of another module for simulating a chemical connection of atoms (H1, H2). The former magnetic device controls rotation of the latter module around a simulated connection axle, where magnetic force of the former magnetic device simulates rigidity and/or angular energetic diagram of the chemical connection. The former magnetic device is oriented toward an outer side of the former module.
