PURPOSE: A mobile terminal is provided to mount a control circuit unit and a touch sensor on a FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Broad) and fold the FPCB, thereby minimizing the thickness of a mounted component and the FPCB in the limited mounting space and mounted surface. CONSTITUTION: A first extended unit is mounted in first direction from a touch sheet(235). A second extended unit is folded at an end part of the first extended unit. The second extended unit is mounted in a second direction. A touch sensor(251) is mounted in the first extended unit. The touch sensor senses a touch about a key area. A control circuit unit(255) is mounted on a first extended unit. The control circuit unit processes touch information of the touch sheet and the touch sensor.
