PURPOSE: Nozzle inspection device and method are provided to enable nozzle defect or injection defect to be easily determined by controlling a selecting unit, which consists of resistors. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle inspection device comprises a selecting unit(120), a nozzle driving unit(110) and a control unit(140). The selecting unit comprises a first resistor, a second resistor and a switch. The first resistor is formed in order to inspect the injection of the ink. The second resistor is formed to inspect the defect of a nozzle(100). The nozzle driving unit is formed to drive one of a plurality of nozzles. The selecting unit is controlled so that the first resistor and the nozzle driving unit are connected using the switch. The switch connects the resistors to the nozzle driving unit.
