PURPOSE: A grooving structure of an asphalt-caved road and a construction method thereof are provided to block ice and snow and to prevent drowsy driving due to sound and vibration, which are transferred from a tire. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a grooving structure of an asphalt-caved road is as follows. A target road surface is cleaned and dried(S1). Primer is coated on the dried surface by a thickness of 2~3mm(S2). Before the coated primer is cured, resin is coated on the surface of the primer by a thickness of 3~4mm(S3). Before the coated resin is cured, a frictional-force increasing material, which is one of slugger of silica, is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the resin by 2~3kg/1m(S4). Thermocolor pigment, of which the color changes according to a temperaute, is sprayed and cured on the sprayed surface by a thickness of 2~3mm(S5). Grooving is performed on the surface of the thermocolor cured road in a conventional way(S6). |
