PURPOSE: An electric energy storing element is provided to prevent the leakage of electrolytes in a unit cell by increasing the adhesion between a case and a cap. CONSTITUTION: An electric energy storing element includes an upper case(34) and a lower case. The upper case and the lower case are combined with each other through an insulation material. A bending part(36) of the upper case inclines at 85 to 89 angles. The bending part of the upper case is formed with a U-shape. The bending part of the lower case has first to third bending points. A space between a second bending point and a third bending point inclines at 75 to 85 angles.
