THE CORRECTION PROCESS OF LED ELECTRIC SIGN

PURPOSE: A correction process of an led electric sign is provided to flexible control luminance in wide range by applying a luminance control software. CONSTITUTION: An illuminance sensor detects ambient luminance. An AD converter converts the ambient light into a digital signal. A signal processor transfers the digital signal to a luminance control unit which produces average illuminance. The setting luminance value of each light-emitting diode module is corresponded to each LED block(41) of monitor with 1:1 matching. The variable luminance value is determined according to the light shielding rate of an opaque layer which is overlapped with the upper part of the LED respectively. An LED controller adjusts the luminance of the LED module according to luminance variation.
