PURPOSE: A power saving multi-tab and a control system thereof are provided to reduce the waste of unnecessary standby power by automatically controlling the power supply to connected electronic devices. CONSTITUTION: Plural power output units(36) supply power to an outlet(60), and a data input unit(50) receives condition data or a remote control signal for controlling the ON/OFF operations of the power output units. A control unit(40) controls the ON/OFF operations of each power output unit, and a power converter(32) switches AC(Alternating Current) power into DC(Direct Current) power. A display unit(46) displays the operating state of each power output unit.
