PURPOSE: An auxiliary board of a foldable chair is provided, which can be received under a supporting part by being folded. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary board of a foldable chair comprises: a supporting board(3) in which a connection rod end connected to a fixed hinge is inserted into the support stand through a support stand inlet and is assembled to be slid along a supporting tube; a fastener(302) which is attached to the outside of the support stand inlet and in which a support piece is formed; a stator which is guided along a guide hole of the connection rod and is projected from the outside of a fixing hole; and a connection angle adjusting device.
