PURPOSE: A motor controller and a controlling method thereof are provided to generate a driving signal which sets one driving state of acceleration, deceleration, and constant velocity by using a pulse width modulation signal outputted from an ASIC unit. CONSTITUTION: A motor(110) precisely controls a rotation angle. The motor comprises an operation state for rotation and the excitation state for preparing the rotation. A controller(120) generates a motor set signal for setting the default of the motor. A driver(130) generates a driving signal for controlling the motor according to the generates motor set signal and outputs the driving signal to the motor. The driver is comprised of an integrated circuit with a plurality of input ports and output ports.
