PURPOSE: A semiconductor device resistance component and a forming method thereof are provided to offer resistance component of a semiconductor device implemented with the accurate resistance value by laying out the resistance pattern with the combination of unit patterns. CONSTITUTION: A first resistance pattern comprises a plurality of first unit patterns(20) actuating as the resistance element. The first unit pattern is formed in the pattern having the same resistance value. A second resistance pattern comprises a plurality of second unit patterns(22) formed in the direction crossing with the first resistance pattern.
