The system has an information processing unit (6) and a detector (7) to detect ambient luminosity in an environment of a two or three-wheeled vehicle. Detection and analyzing units (8) detect and analyze movement and acceleration of the vehicle. Control units (4) are associated with the processing unit, the detector and the analyzing units to vary frequency and/or power of a light beam emitted by green color power LEDs (1-3), in case of detection of longitudinal and/or transverse accelerations of the vehicle higher than a preset threshold and with respect to the ambient luminosity.
