SIMULTANEOUS ANALYSIS OF MORE THAN 60 DRUGS IN URINE BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

PURPOSE: A simultaneous analysis of drugs is provided to simultaneously analyzing 60 or more kinds of drugs using an automatic solid phase extraction method, deriverization method, and gas chromatography. CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous analysis of drugs using gas chromatography comprises the steps of: controlling urine sample using a phosphate buffer solution to be pH 5~8; purifying the urine sample using 30% alcohol in which a hydrochloric acid is mixed as a solvent and extracting the purified material using an extraction catalyst; performing trimethylsilylation of dried and solidified drugs after solid phase extraction; and separating the trimethylsilylated sample using gas chromatography.
