PURPOSE: A lever generator is provided to make a connecting lever with a center weight rotate around a pivot movement central point and to increase plant capacity by delivering torque greater than a crank. CONSTITUTION: A lever generator comprises a speed reduction motor(20), a lever part, a crank shaft(40) and a generator(60). The lever part is connected to the speed reduction motor. The crank shaft is connected to the lever part and revolves. The generator is connected in the crank shaft and generates electricity. The lever part comprises a connection lever(30) receiving the spin energy of the speed reduction motor and rotating around the pivot movement central point.
