<p>A shredding cutter and machining method thereof are provided. The method involves following steps: (a) assembling blades(2) on a cutter shaft(1) to be machined and fixing them by a clamp; (b) rolling or extruding the cutter shaft(1) to be machined between the blades(2) by a rolling cutter, so that the cutter shaft(1)between two adjacent blades(2) is formed with embossed parts(4) on two flanks of the blades; (c) dismounting the rolling cutter; clamping and fixing the blades(2) on the cutter shaft(1) by the embossed parts(4) on the two flanks of the blades(2). The shredding cutter machined by the method comprises a cutter shaft(1) and blades(2). The blades(2) are arrayed on the cutter shaft(1) with certain intervals, and embossed parts(4) which clamp and fix the blades(2) are provided on the cutter shaft(1) between two adjacent blades(2). The shredding cutter is strong in integrated structure property, high in precision and high in yield; and it can save the machining cost and material cost.</p> |
