PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve electric charge transferring efficiency by varying band-gap energy according to the region of a front electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A light absorbent layer(300) is formed on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorbent layer. A highly resistive buffer layer(500) is formed on the buffer layer. A front electrode layer(600) is formed on the highly resistive buffer layer. The composition distribution of conductive dopant is varied according to the depth of the front electrode layer. |
