PURPOSE: A curable composition, a conductive laminate, a producing method thereof, and a touch panel are provided to obtain the resin layer which has excellent transparency, newton ring protection, and no brightness non-uniformity. CONSTITUTION: A curable composition is the conductive lamination(100) formed in sequence of particle containing resin layer, and transparent conductive layer on one side of a transparent base layer. The particle containing resin layer contains the concentration of the inorganic particle. The arithmetic average illumination is between 0.05 and 0.5 μm.
