PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a platelike molded article in which the strippability between a casting mold made of a stainless steal plate and a cured coated film of a monomer having at least two (meth)acroyloxy groups in a molecule is satisfactory, which is safe, enables selective processing of a specific part, and uses small quantity of nitric acid solution.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of platelike molded article includes a step for bringing base material substance containing the nitric acid solution of 1 to 50 mass% concentration to contact with the stainless steal plate to process the same by the nitric acid solution, a step for forming a coated film layer containing the monomer having at least two (meth)acroyloxy groups in a molecule on the surface of the casting mold made of a stainless steel plate after the process, thereafter, curing the coated film layer to form a cured coated film; a process for forming a vinyl monomer layer on the surface of the cured coated film and, thereafter, polymerizing the vinyl monomer layer to form a vinyl polymer layer; and a process for stripping the vinyl polymer layer on which the cured coated film is laminated, from the surface of the casting mold. |
