PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed inversion pulse power supply small in loss, small sized, low in cost and capable of supplying excellent inversion pulse wave even in any pulse width.SOLUTION: A switching system bipolar DC power source outputting plus/minus bipolar DC to a neutral point is provided; a semiconductor switch 11a and a semiconductor switch 11b are connected in line between the plus pole of the bipolar DC power source and the neutral point; semiconductor switch 12a and a semiconductor 12b are connected in line between the neutral point of the bipolar DC source and the minus pole of the bipolar DC power source; a capacitor 14 is connected between a connection point of the semiconductor switches 11a, 11b and a connection point of the semiconductor switches 12a, 12b; the semiconductor switch 15a and the semiconductor switch 15b are connected in line between the plus pole and the minus pole of the bipolar DC power source and output is taken out from between the connection point of the semiconductor switches 15a, 15b and the neutral point. |
