PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LC/MS for appropriately executing operation of not only efficiently sampling only required measuring data but also altering dynamic range and operation condition on appearance of an MS section according to the concentration and qualitative information on elution sample from an LC section.SOLUTION: A channel of the LC/MS is constituted so that carrier liquid containing a sample firstly enters a sub-detector and, after a predetermined time after that, enters a main detector (mass spectrometer). During analysis, a controller creates chromatogram from an output signal of the sub-detector, and determines time range ts0-te0 of each peak in real time by the waveform processing. The controller sets time range ts1-te1 delaying by the predetermined time Δt from the time range ts0-te0, and alters the measuring condition of the main detector in the time range. |
