PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush panel capable of effectively suppressing deformation such as warpage and torsion, and a method for preventing the deformation of the flush panel.SOLUTION: This wooden door 10 like a paper-covered sliding door is equipped with a doorframe 11 which is formed by assembling two rails 12a and 12b, elongated in parallel with each other along a horizontal direction (rightward/leftward directions shown in the figure), and two stiles 13a and 13, elongated in parallel with each other along a vertical direction (upward/downward direction shown in the figure), in a rectangular frame shape. A horizontal muntin 14, which is laid in a horizontal attitude between the stiles 13a and 13b, and a muntin 15, which is laid in a vertical attitude between the rails 12a and 12b, are each provided inside the doorframe 11. The thirty-seven horizontal muntins 14, which are each formed with a width of 6 mm, are arranged at intervals of 45 mm in the vertical direction. Additionally, the four muntins 15, which are each formed with a width of 9 mm, are arranged at intervals of 135 mm in the horizontal direction. The horizontal muntins 14 and the muntins 15 are mutually inserted into a groove-shaped notched portion from a depth direction, so as to constitute a lattice-shaped mullion. |
