PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which comprises a polyhydric alcohol and a biosurfactant excellent in flowability and stability and high in transparency, and to provide a prescription thereof, because a conventional biosurfactant, MEL, has, for example, a problem inferior to a handling property and very low in flowability, due to an oily property, and a problem of forming precipitates and inferiority in stability in an emulsified state due to difficult solubility in aqueous solvents.SOLUTION: This composition is characterized by comprising the biosurfactant and the polyhydric alcohol. Preferably the composition, wherein the biosurfactant has a mannose skeleton is provided. |
