PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform form processing of a workpiece, to shorten processing time required for the form processing, and so as not to generate waste, e.g. waste fluid, scrap, even when a margin for grinding is not present in the workpiece.SOLUTION: A workpiece 10 is placed and held on a die 12, a die 11 is placed and held on a holder 8 from above of an opening 84 formed in the holder 8 to be guided to a vertical direction with a rail 6 stood vertically, the die 11 and holder 8 are arranged above the workpiece 10, the die 11 and holder 8 are dropped together with a weight 85 placed on the die 11, the die 11 is collided with the workpiece 10 through the opening 84, and impact force is applied to the workpiece 10 from the die 11. |
