PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder facing agent applicator capable of forming a coating film excellent in uniformity and adhesion and has high film strength by blowing the powder facing agent into the inner mold face of a mod even if a cavity surrounded by the inner mold face of the mold in a closed state is bent.SOLUTION: A tube 17 composed of a cylindrical hollow flexible member supporting a facing nozzle 12 is bend by wires 43, 44 along a bent cavity shape in a mold, and the facing nozzle 12 is progressed into the cavity in such a manner that the facing nozzle 12 does not abut on the inner mold face of the mold. During the progress of the facing nozzle 12, a powder facing agent 60 is discharged from the facing nozzle 12 to a deflector 11 during rotation, and the powder facing agent 60 deflected by the deflector 11 is applied to the inner mold face.
