PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case, instantaneously checking records of taking supplements to prevent omitting to take and repetition by recording taking of supplements and medicine.SOLUTION: This case includes three holes for placing supplement or medicine containers therein, wherein one hole is provided with a container where taking at odd days is written, one hole is provided with a container where taking at even days is written, and one hole is provided with a container where taking at 31st days is written. When the supplements or medicine is taken, the data of that day is confirmed at a calendar, and the container is placed in the hole. Also after taking, taking at that day can be instantaneously checked from the position of the hole where the supplement or medicine container is placed. |
