PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of setting a tilt angle so as to align a vacuum suction pad with a shape of a workpiece.SOLUTION: Two motors 102 and 202 are orthogonally disposed in a horizontal plane on a moving board 1. A first arm 103 with the same lengths in the right and left direction is fixed to an output shaft of the first motor. A second arm 203 with the same lengths in the right and left direction is fixed to an output shaft of the second motor. First links 105a and 105b are pivoted to both ends of the first arm. A second link 201 is pivoted to both ends of the second arm. A stationary plate 300 to which the vacuum suction pad is mounted is provided. A support beam for rotatably supporting the stationary plate is provided crosswise under the stationary plate. First universal joints 107a and 107b are provided at both ends of the support beam. The upper end of the first link is coupled with the support beam via the first universal joints. In addition, protruding arms 307a and 307b are protrusively provided along an outer peripheral edge of the stationary plate and on a line orthogonal to the support beam. Second universal joints 207a and 207b are provided on the respective protruding arms. The upper end of the second link is coupled with the stationary plate via the second universal joints. |
