According to one embodiment, a solar battery comprises: a plurality of rear surface electrode patterns formed spaced apart from each other on a base plate; a light absorbing layer formed on the rear surface electrode patterns; a front surface electrode formed on the light absorbing layer; connecting wiring whereby some of the front surface electrode passes through the light absorbing layer and is electrically connected with the rear surface electrode patterns; a separating pattern for dividing into unit cells, which passes through the light absorbing layer and the front surface electrode; and a dummy layer between the connecting wiring and the separating pattern. The upper surface of the dummy layer is lower than the upper surface of the front surface electrode. |
