PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by increasing the amount of light inputted to a solar cell region. CONSTITUTION: A polymer resin layer(600) is formed on a solar cell. A pattern is formed by applying the pressure to the polymer resin layer with a mold including a protrusion. A top substrate(800) is formed on the polymer resin layer with the pattern. Air is injected between the polymer resin layer and the top substrate by the pattern of the polymer resin layer. The pattern formed on the polymer resin layer includes a groove. The sidewall of the groove is inclined. The upper side of the groove is wider than the lower side of the groove. |
